Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and sri33 ("Platform", "We") regarding the use of the website https://sri33.org and all services provided therein.

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information constitutes sufficient grounds for account closure without prior notice.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

5.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

5.3 Bonus Expiry

6.3 Technical Disruptions

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sri33 platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture:

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with our standard procedure within 5 business days.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by sri33

Sri33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform.

8.3 Consequences of Closure Due to Violations

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, all bonuses that have not yet met their rollover requirements will be immediately cancelled. Any remaining real money balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis — withdrawals may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
